By accessing or using the Bitcoin Music Exchange ("BMX") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. BMX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
BMX provides a platform for the creation, trading, and management of digital artist tokens on the BMX internal ledger, with optional Bitcoin on-ramp/off-ramp settlement. Our services include:
You must be at least 18 years old to use BMX. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Users from restricted jurisdictions (see Compliance page) are prohibited from using BMX.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Artist tokens are digital collectibles, NOT securities, equity, or investment contracts. Purchasing artist tokens does not grant you:
Token holders may receive access to exclusive content, experiences, or community features as determined by individual artists, but these are not guaranteed.
BMX charges fees for various services including token issuance, trading, and withdrawals. All applicable fees are disclosed on our Fee Schedule page. Fees are subject to change with notice. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on BMX are owned by or licensed to Bitcoin Music Exchange LLC. Artists retain ownership of their original content but grant BMX a license to display and promote such content on the platform.
BMX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM MARKET VOLATILITY, TECHNICAL ISSUES, OR USER ERROR.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BMX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
