Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the standards of conduct expected from all BMX users. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Activities

  • Using BMX for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Evading sanctions or engaging in restricted transactions
  • Facilitating illegal gambling or unlicensed financial services
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

2.2 Market Manipulation

  • Wash trading (trading with yourself to inflate volume)
  • Pump and dump schemes
  • Spoofing (placing orders you intend to cancel)
  • Front-running or insider trading
  • Spreading false information to influence prices

2.3 Fraud and Deception

  • Creating fake accounts or false identities
  • Impersonating artists, celebrities, or other users
  • Misrepresenting token value, utility, or backing
  • Phishing or social engineering attacks

2.4 Technical Abuse

  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise BMX systems
  • Using bots or automated systems without authorization
  • Overwhelming the platform with excessive requests (DDoS)
  • Reverse engineering or scraping platform data

2.5 Content Violations

  • Uploading content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
  • Posting hateful, violent, or illegal content
  • Sharing malware or malicious links
  • Harassing or threatening other users

3. Artist-Specific Rules

  • Artists must have legitimate rights to their brand and content
  • Artists must not make false promises about token benefits
  • Artists should not abandon their community without notice
  • Artists must comply with all verification requirements

4. Reporting Violations

If you witness any violations of this policy, please report them to: admin@bitmusicex.com

Include as much detail as possible, including usernames, transaction IDs, and screenshots if available.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning or temporary suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Forfeiture of assets on the platform
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities
  • Civil or criminal legal action

6. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal by contacting admin@bitmusicex.com. Appeals are reviewed within 30 business days.
